A hearing on the Motion to Recuse Judge Roach from further participation in the proceedings has been scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, in the 494th District Court of Collin County. The hearing will be presided over by Judge Sid Harle and is expected to last approximately half a day.
